Locate a doctor for a recommendation. I suggest going to 3019 Denver St Muskogee, Oklahoma.(918) 686-6551 Walk-Ins only. Must have a Oklahoma Drivers License with a valid mailing address to receive your card in the mail. The fee will be $75 cash or card.(Always call ahead of time to make sure they are open or they will be open when you make it no one wants to waste their time.) You will need to be able to list the three medical reasons behind your need for the card such as: insomnia, social anxiety, and arthritis. 

After getting your recommendation signed off from the doctor I would personally go to a local dispensary (people in Sallisaw I recommend going to Top Shelf they do online applications for free) I recommend going to a dispensary for you to get your card because the picture guidelines are so specific that you're extremely likely to get rejected several times trying to take the picture yourself which could Ultimately result in the expiration of the doctors recommendation. The fee for OMMA is 104.30 unless you have medicaid or medicare. Please have a vailid email you can access during this process. 

The WORST part! Now we wait. It should take about a week (maybe a little longer depending on how many people apply) You should get a email automatically before you leave the dispensary that is a confirmation of your application being sent then around 5 days later a approval email should be in your email. Once you receive your approval email your card should be in anytime!
